Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and deliver strategic development plans to drive quality, growth, and profitability for an Oncology journal portfolio.
  • •Oversee and manage P&Ls, and meet or exceed revenue and article volume targets.
  • •Commission and acquire new content by working with external editors and editorial teams, including managing transitions of acquired titles.
  • •Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic societies and journal editors, and represent journals at conferences and editorial board meetings.
  • •Ensure compliance with journal policies, optimize publishing processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality and timeliness, and manage ongoing learning and skill development.
