Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coordinate, deploy, and continuously improve the organization’s QMS by guiding cross-functional teams toward operational excellence.
  • •Act as system owner for ISO 9001 standards, ensuring compliance, certification/audit readiness, and ongoing sustainability.
  • •Coordinate and lead internal and external audits for ISO 9001 compliance and ensure timely corrective actions and improvement opportunities.
  • •Define strategies to meet customer, regulatory, and corporate quality requirements while improving process effectiveness and efficiency.
  • •Ensure data integrity, identify risks/opportunities, address issues quickly, and mentor junior quality engineers and auditors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business administration, or other science.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Systems, Quality Engineering, or similar roles.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading audits, managing QMS deployments, and driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, including experience leading internal and external audits.
  • •Experience with quality tools/problem-solving methodologies; Six Sigma Green Belt and internal auditor certifications are preferred.
