Job Summary

Lead verification of complex high-speed PHY IPs, driving verification planning from architecture review through silicon bring-up. Build verification strategies spanning test plans, functional coverage, assertion-based and constrained-random verification, and formal methods where applicable. Own verification closure using coverage and quality metrics, review testbench and coding standards, and debug issues across digital, analog, and firmware interfaces. Collaborate with design, architecture, AMS, firmware, physical design, and program management while mentoring and coaching verification engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead verification of complex high-speed PHY IPs (e.g., DDR, LPDDR, PCIe, CXL, UCIe, Ethernet, USB, SerDes).
•Own verification planning from architecture review through silicon bring-up support.
•Develop verification strategies including test plans, functional coverage, assertion-based and constrained-random verification, and formal verification where applicable.
•Drive verification closure using coverage, bug convergence, and quality metrics; review verification architecture, testbench design, and coding standards.
•Lead and mentor verification engineers; plan execution priorities, conduct technical reviews, and drive engineering excellence through best practices and automation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 4,860,800 - 6,944,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
•10+ years of ASIC/SoC verification experience.
•Experience leading technical teams or mentoring engineers.
•Strong expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, assertions (SVA), functional coverage, and constrained-random verification.
•Strong debugging skills and experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Tcl, plus industry-standard simulators and regression environments.
