Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct supplier analysis and build strategic sourcing plans to identify new suppliers, optimize costs, and ensure continuity of supply.
  • •Manage the supply base using supplier stratification and a documented supplier management playbook, executing operating plans and control plans to meet performance measures.
  • •Execute supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, and ongoing contract management, including bid documentation and correspondence.
  • •Drive supplier quality and total cost improvement initiatives, develop KPI-based supplier scorecards, and report performance and sourcing trends against budget monthly.
  • •Coordinate with engineering and quality to diagnose rejected material causes and lead changes; execute purchasing transactions and master data updates in MRP to ensure accurate delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •2+ years of professional experience in technical sourcing, procurement, or planning.
  • •Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
  • •Technical knowledge in a relevant commodity (e.g., composites raw material, composite component manufacturing, machining, avionics, soft goods).
  • •Experience sourcing from a global supply base using various contractual models.
