Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with customers and partners to paint the solution vision, architect the system, and guide implementation.
  • •Guide the evaluation of business and technical requirements and review key artifacts, implementation approach, and project vision/direction.
  • •Act as lead architect for the overall engagement, coordinating and aligning multiple architects, and working closely with project and engagement managers.
  • •Direct early solution evaluation and manage issues proactively while engaging effectively with executives, the account team, engineering, and product management.
  • •Support hands-on solution delivery where required, including application configuration, mentoring diverse teams, and (where required) pre-sales activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience for a major software domain (e.g., CRM, ERP, HR), including coding experience in object-oriented languages.
  • •Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration, including understanding of web services and data modeling.
  • •Experience with enterprise integration concepts and tools (ESBs and/or ETL tools) and common integration design patterns for enterprise systems.
  • •Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new technologies and Salesforce Clouds and confidently lead implementation and advisory engagements.
  • •Experience guiding customers and project members to rationalize and deploy emerging technology for business use cases.
