Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor network performance and availability using network management tools.
  • •Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices (routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls) and perform basic troubleshooting.
  • •Respond to network incidents and service requests within agreed service levels, investigate root causes, and document outcomes.
  • •Support network maintenance including software upgrades, patching, firmware updates, health checks, and backup/recovery processes.
  • •Assist with security and compliance activities such as implementing network security controls, monitoring firewall logs/security events, and supporting vulnerability assessments and remediation.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of IT or network support experience (exposure to enterprise networking environments).
  • •Strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, subnetting, and routing/switching.
  • •Hands-on ability to troubleshoot and support LAN/WAN, wireless networking, and VPN technologies.
  • •Knowledge of firewall fundamentals and understanding of cybersecurity principles, including incident/service handling and compliance.
  • •Advantageous certifications: Huawei, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Fortinet NSE Associate, or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
