Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative processing support to the Relationship Manager team while delivering high-level customer service.
  • •Support Commercial Real Estate and/or Retail Banking teams as needed.
  • •Prepare and review loan account documentation and monitor the loan closing administration process.
  • •Review loan files for completeness, collateral security, and track past dues and future maturities including managing draws.
  • •Develop relationships with bank partners to identify cross-sell opportunities and referral business, and answer phones/greet visitors as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Foundational understanding of banking industry regulatory compliance, including FirstBank-specific policies and procedures.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • •At least two years of banking experience preferred.
  • •May require National Mortgage Lending Service (NMLS) certification.
  • •Ability to apply safe and sound banking procedures and adhere to laws, internal controls, and security protocols.
