Key Responsibilities

•Support monthly revenue and commission close procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
•Collaborate with multiple departments to gather transaction data and address discrepancies
•Manage accounts payable/receivable by reconciling balances and coordinating payment schedules
•Oversee invoicing processes, including issuance of invoices via municipal platforms or NetSuite and understanding taxation
•Conduct bank reconciliations and develop/implement financial policies to improve efficiency

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
•Up to 2 years of experience in similar roles or a recent graduate
•Strong understanding of invoicing processes (municipal systems or NetSuite)
•Knowledge of taxation concepts (revenue-based tax calculations and tax types)
•Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills; experience with accounting software (NetSuite) and SaaS familiarity a plus
