Key Responsibilities

  • •Support monthly revenue and commission close procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
  • •Collaborate with multiple departments to gather transaction data and address discrepancies
  • •Manage accounts payable/receivable by reconciling balances and coordinating payment schedules
  • •Oversee invoicing processes, including issuance of invoices via municipal platforms or NetSuite and understanding taxation
  • •Conduct bank reconciliations and develop/implement financial policies to improve efficiency

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • •Up to 2 years of experience in similar roles or a recent graduate
  • •Strong understanding of invoicing processes (municipal systems or NetSuite)
  • •Knowledge of taxation concepts (revenue-based tax calculations and tax types)
  • •Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills; experience with accounting software (NetSuite) and SaaS familiarity a plus
