Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the wellness session management and performance to ensure high professionalism, guest service, and optimal financial results
  • •Maintain quality of service and product standards at the Spa in line with operating standards
  • •Prepare monthly financial and statistical reports for hotel senior management with proposals on policy and operation of the Spa
  • •Develop and submit an annual budget and business plan for the Spa, and monitor wage costs relative to productivity and efficiency
  • •Collaborate with Resort Managers and Marketing to plan wellness marketing for the year

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of managerial experience in wellness/beauty spa environments in luxury resorts
  • •at least 5 years of customer service experience
  • •prior experience managing teams
