Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary architectural expert for the National VAR portfolio and integrate Cribl into reference architectures.
•Design and execute a technical enablement strategy, including workshops, bootcamps, and certification paths.
•Enable, mentor and shadow partner SEs through live sales cycles to build confidence and increase deal velocity.
•Help partners design and launch Cribl-powered professional services practices (e.g., Observability-as-a-Service, SIEM Optimization).
•Build alignment between internal Cribl sales teams and partner engineering teams to ensure collaborative execution on enterprise accounts.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 140,000 - 185,000 annually
