Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high customer service and uphold Fitness First brand standards on the gym floor.
  • •Deliver market-leading personal training programs and provide fitness and motivational support to members.
  • •Ensure gym safety and effectiveness by correcting members’ exercise execution and assisting with guidance.
  • •Complete required MY ZONE/6D/RISE training certifications and keep product knowledge up to date through CPD.
  • •Perform training administration including updating sessions and rotas in the Fitness Enterprise System and meeting monthly goal setting requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education – A level or equivalent.
  • •Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or equivalent, or working towards and enrolled.
  • •Undergo and complete certification for MY ZONE, 6D and RISE training via the Fitness First Education Academy.
  • •In-depth knowledge of My Zone, including using the belt at least 12 times monthly.
  • •Complete Personal Training qualification in line with UAEReps requirements and maintain REPs certification via CPD.
