Key Responsibilities

  • •Respect plant policies and procedures to ensure safe operations and meet production goals within quality and safety norms.
  • •Monitor and control process equipment, handle process conditions, and respond appropriately to disturbances with attention to safety, environment, and quality.
  • •Carry out technical maintenance and repairs, including small repairs and preventive maintenance, independently or within the team.
  • •Use process knowledge to propose and implement improvements to enhance plant performance with a focus on environment and safety.
  • •Work with the shift team and support open communication to maintain excellent product quality.

  • •Completed MBO 4 education in process technology/allround operational technician (AOT), or MBO 3 plus 3 years of relevant work experience.
