Area Manager, Away Team & Crisis Support

Lead operations across Spreetail’s fulfillment network as part of the Away Team, supporting facility launches, crisis response, and network-wide performance. You’ll embed in fulfillment centers to learn the operating model, deploy where needed to stabilize results, and coach team leads through regular 1:1s. Drive process improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and safety while championing a safety-first culture and relocating into permanent area leadership.
