Key Responsibilities

•Lead transport planning studies including traffic impact assessments, mobility strategies, and master planning inputs
•Develop and review transport models, demand forecasts, and multi-modal transport solutions
•Provide strategic input into masterplans, ensuring alignment with land use, infrastructure, and phasing
•Coordinate with urban planning, highways, infrastructure, and design teams to ensure integrated solutions
•Manage design consultants and review deliverables to ensure technical quality and compliance

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field
•15+ years of experience in transport planning within large-scale developments
•Strong experience in transport modelling tools and traffic impact analysis
•Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary coordination and stakeholder engagement
•In-depth knowledge of regional/international transport standards and guidelines
