Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement project planning and scheduling strategy, plans, and procedures aligned to company and contractor roles and expectations.
  • •Coordinate development and implementation of project WBS and CBS with the project lead and project planner.
  • •Maintain integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the program suite and provide interface/quality assurance on schedule performance tracking and reporting.
  • •Prepare staffing, engineering, and construction progress, customized reports, and Integrated Planning/Scheduling inputs to Monthly Project Reports and presentations.
  • •Perform critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis; analyze baseline deviations, bottlenecks/delays, and schedule impacts of variance/change orders; feed vendor/supplier/contractor schedule inputs into planning systems.

Key Requirements

  • •BE Civil or Electrical with 8 to 12 years of experience across project life cycles as a planner, including mission critical/data center exposure.
  • •Expert in building a program in Primavera P6 / MS Project.
  • •Strong Excel skills for graphs, data processing, and conditional formatting.
  • •Ability to produce detailed and brief reporting as required.
  • •Experience developing and tracking planning documents such as MOM and deliverables trackers (e.g., long lead equipment, delay logs, risks).
