Key Responsibilities

•Maintain unit inventory and distribution: keep products neat inside trailers, assist with issuing merchandise, and ensure inventory paperwork is filed.
•Assist shipping and receiving: verify inbound quantities to packing lists and bill of lading, document any overages/shortages.
•Maintain stand inventory for locations during transportation: label and document inventory per stand assignment, store merchandise securely.
•Inventory trailer organization and cleanliness: sweep, tidy, and dispose of cardboard trash per venue requirements.
•Assist with load-in/load-out of equipment: ensure inventory and equipment are loaded/unloaded securely and moved as required.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•High School diploma or equivalent.
•2 years Shipping & Receiving experience - Warehouse and/or Inventory management preferred.
•Valid Driver’s License.
•Valid Passport (must be able to travel domestically and internationally).
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and a variety of computer programs.
