Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a matrixed operational team to manage program deliverables from Manufacturing Operations.
  • •Engage Pilot Manufacturing to ensure early learning builds meet target milestones and resolve operational process issues across units.
  • •Align cross-functionally with product management to develop and execute product commercialization strategy and identify design improvements for manufacturability.
  • •Manage program risk exposure, monitor and report progress, and handle cross-project interdependencies and resource planning.
  • •Prepare executive-level status presentations and support senior management with reporting, meeting planning (agenda/MoM), and action-item follow-through.

Key Requirements

  • •6-8 years of experience in project and program management with strong data analysis skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably mechanical/electrical).
  • •Ability to lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication to manage program status with diverse stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • •Good knowledge of manufacturing operations in product life cycle and engineering change management.
