Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a scaling engineering team, including engineering managers and senior ICs, partnering with the CEO on product/design/technical direction.
  • •Own engineering and product execution end-to-end, translating product vision into technical roadmaps and milestones tied to customer outcomes.
  • •Design agentic harness, core systems, and data flows underpinning the platform; build proofs of concept for new AI-driven capabilities.
  • •Write and review critical code paths and designs, ensuring high standards for quality, scalability, and maintainability.
  • •Guide delivery, reliability, security, and scalability of production systems; oversee cloud-native development on AWS with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong product engineering, data products, architecture, and hands-on development.
  • •Proven early-stage experience leading engineering teams (Director/Head of Engineering or equivalent) at 0–1 scale while remaining a key technical contributor.
  • •Track record shipping production-grade B2B SaaS products with a clear line from technical decisions to customer outcomes.
  • •Experience thriving in early-stage or high-growth environments with comfort in ambiguity and rapid change.
  • •Technical fluency in Java, Node.js and/or Python, React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript; strong grasp of distributed systems and scalability tradeoffs.
