Job Summary

Work client-side as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional senior analyst, leading discovery, scoping, and collection of requirements. Transform business needs into application requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, and create functional specifications. Participate in client workshops, prototype/configure and test business processes, and collaborate with technical teams and the internal CRM community. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while supporting solution delivery from requirements through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

•Consult and advise clients and internal stakeholders on technology uses to solve business problems
•Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions for workstreams
•Transform business requirements into application requirements, populate requirements traceability, and conduct fit/gap analysis
•Write functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are understood
•Prototype, configure, and test business processes for the relevant workstreams

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
•Experience with many full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM
•Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, with Sales and Customer Service as a must
•Good functional knowledge of Power Platform
•Ability to communicate in Arabic and English with strong consulting and client-facing skills
