Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience in systems engineering, product development, or sensor technologies.
  • •Proven experience leading complex NPI programs.
  • •Strong understanding of sensor physics and signal conditioning, including calibration and compensation algorithms.
  • •Deep knowledge of systems engineering processes (V-model, requirements flow-down) and risk management (FMEA, DFMEA, PFMEA).
