Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform financial impact analysis related to customs operations and generate trade-related information for P&WC entities worldwide.
  • •Define, categorize, and implement action plans to minimize exposure to tariffs and produce site/product reports and KPI insights.
  • •Maintain and optimize KPIs for customs process performance; develop controlled systems to automate customs KPIs.
  • •Implement actions, document processes, and establish procedures with customs brokers and customers, including loading reference data into systems such as SAP and Webcon.
  • •Manage reporting and analysis of tariff impacts for export/import activities (primarily Canadian and US entities) and collaborate with the audit team on post-entry corrections and broker compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in aeronautics, engineering, supply chain management, logistics, or business/operations/engineering with 5 years of experience in industrial logistics and customs compliance, or 2 years with the listed degrees.
  • •Strong analytical skills in data analysis using Power BI and other analytics tools with a structured problem-solving approach.
  • •Experience in process mapping and process improvement.
  • •Knowledge of customs operations and the aeronautics industry.
