Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the buyer search experience on AgentExchange, diagnose performance gaps, define measurable search quality metrics, ship improvements, and run experiments.
  • •Define and drive the GenAI buyer search experience across AgentExchange, including multi-turn conversational search, AI-powered discovery, and relevance optimization.
  • •Own end-to-end search across AgentExchange surfaces, including search ranking, retrieval quality, and personalization to improve discovery and engagement.
  • •Drive authenticated personalization by building from org metadata and installed products to behavioral signals, peer benchmarks, and AI-generated recommendations.
  • •Continuously improve the marketplace experience by learning from interactions through systematic experimentation.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product management experience with direct ownership of search or recommendation in a B2B product or marketplace.
