Sales Associate II

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a brand ambassador for Coach. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations, while driving sales and meeting KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection.
