Key Responsibilities

  • •Study human-rights training and awareness needs for Dubai aligned with Dubai’s vision and global recognized observances.
  • •Execute human-rights awareness and training plans in partnership with relevant government entities and private organizations.
  • •Coordinate and organize joint events and conferences with stakeholders, and share knowledge on human-rights and child rights agreements.
  • •Document developments in the human-rights field by reviewing related content in media, international conferences, and global activities, then report to the direct manager.
  • •Coordinate media coverage with internal departments, manage event logistics, analyze survey results for training impact, and prepare reports and statistics for the direct manager.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 10,001 - 20,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Sociology, or equivalent.
  • •0–2 years of experience in awareness and training or international relations.
  • •Ability to study human-rights training and awareness needs at the emirate level.
  • •Ability to coordinate with relevant stakeholders to plan and deliver awareness and training activities.
  • •Commitment to the entity’s information security policies and compliance controls.
