Job Summary

Own and evolve Total Rewards programs across Europe, acting as an operational SME with minimal day-to-day supervision. Serve as the primary partner to People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Payroll for compensation and Total Rewards matters, supporting annual compensation cycles, job levelling, and internal equity governance. Lead regional workstreams, support EU Pay Transparency implementation, and leverage Oracle HCM and analytics to improve automation, data integrity, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as an operational Total Rewards SME across Europe, recommending practical and compliant solutions with minimal supervision.
•Partner with People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Payroll on compensation and Total Rewards matters.
•Support annual compensation processes (salary reviews, bonus administration, compensation changes) and prepare recommendations aligned to governance and internal equity.
•Lead operational workstreams within regional Total Rewards projects and transformation initiatives, including EU Pay Transparency implementation.
•Act as functional Oracle HCM SME, supporting testing, implementation, system enhancements, reporting/analytics, and continuous improvement through automation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
•5–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards in a multinational environment.
•Subject matter expertise in Total Rewards and compensation across multiple European markets.
•Experience supporting compensation cycles, job architecture, job levelling, and salary benchmarking.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong payroll process understanding.
