Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a point of contact with the client for architecture/engineering projects.
  • •Prepare scope and fee proposals for multi-discipline projects.
  • •Direct professional and technical staff and coordinate internal resources and third parties/subcontractors for project execution.
  • •Develop and monitor detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, within budget, and meeting client expectations with high quality.
  • •Track project finances, manage change management, maintain documentation controls, and prepare and facilitate project meetings with agenda and minutes.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Engineering (or demonstrated equivalency) with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the A/E field.
  • •6+ years of related experience in the A/E consulting industry, including managing clients or projects (preferred).
  • •Licensed PE (preferred).
  • •Experience working on A/E design projects as a technical person or coordinator for Federal Projects such as DOD, NPS, or DOE, or municipal projects.
  • •Leadership and communication skills to coordinate multi-discipline teams, with strong organizational and detail-oriented execution.
