Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end merchant performance scorecards and run accountability cadence across UAE and Jordan.
  • •Build strategic roadmaps from KPI gaps to improve GMV leakage, AOV underperformance, and take-rate erosion.
  • •Manage picking operations embedded in partner stores, including productivity, pick-to-pack time, accuracy, and process design.
  • •Build and defend last-mile unit economics for merchant cohorts in partnership with Captain Operations.
  • •Lead peak-season readiness planning and run regular business reviews with top merchant accounts, using cohort data to drive investment decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •4-7 years in operations, quick-commerce, last-mile logistics, or retail/e-commerce marketplace roles, including at least 2 years managing teams and external partners.
  • •Experience managing frontline or in-store operations such as picking, warehousing, or fulfillment.
  • •Strong data fluency with Excel/SQL and BI tools to interpret performance metrics.
  • •Willingness to travel regularly between the UAE and Jordan.
  • •Arabic and English fluency preferred.
