Own end-to-end performance of the Shops marketplace across the UAE and Jordan, partnering with merchant operations and in-store picking teams to improve KPIs like order acceptance, prep time, accuracy, cancellations, and customer contact. Translate performance gaps into initiatives that reduce GMV leakage and take-rate erosion, manage picking operations and training standards, lead peak-season planning for Ramadan and Dubai Shopping Festival, and run business reviews with merchant cohorts.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end merchant performance scorecards and run accountability cadence across UAE and Jordan.
•Build strategic roadmaps from KPI gaps to improve GMV leakage, AOV underperformance, and take-rate erosion.
•Manage picking operations embedded in partner stores, including productivity, pick-to-pack time, accuracy, and process design.
•Build and defend last-mile unit economics for merchant cohorts in partnership with Captain Operations.
•Lead peak-season readiness planning and run regular business reviews with top merchant accounts, using cohort data to drive investment decisions.

Key Requirements

•4-7 years in operations, quick-commerce, last-mile logistics, or retail/e-commerce marketplace roles, including at least 2 years managing teams and external partners.

•Strong data fluency with Excel/SQL and BI tools to interpret performance metrics.
•Willingness to travel regularly between the UAE and Jordan.
•Arabic and English fluency preferred.
