Key Responsibilities

•Lead risk-based audits and advisory reviews across finance, operations, compliance, and other enterprise risks.
•Drive governance and oversight for critical programs including financial management, regulatory compliance, third-party risk, operational resilience, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
•Evaluate financial and operational processes and controls (e.g., reporting, accounting, treasury, tax, revenue, procurement, payroll) with focus on material risks.
•Assess compliance programs and emerging risks, including risks from new products, markets, partnerships, organizational changes, and AI use in business processes.
•Build audit capabilities using data analytics, automation, and AI for scoping, testing, continuous monitoring, and reporting; communicate findings to executive leadership, regulators, and the Board.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 266,000 - 295,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10–12+ years of relevant experience in internal audit, finance, accounting, compliance, operational risk, enterprise risk, or a related field.
•Strong expertise across financial reporting/accounting, treasury, revenue, procurement, regulatory compliance, third-party risk, operational resilience, and enterprise governance.
•Understanding of data and AI risks (data quality, lineage, governance, access, analytics), with experience using automation or AI-assisted techniques in audit or control testing.
•Experience leading complex audits from risk assessment through reporting and issue validation, reaching well-supported conclusions with sound judgment.
•A relevant bachelor’s degree (certifications like CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CAMS, or CRMA are valued but not required).
