Field Consultant, CLESS (Construction Defect)

Investigate and resolve serious, complex commercial casualty claims by analyzing property damage, evaluating coverage, and determining fair settlement recommendations. Handle lawsuit files and oversee defense counsel throughout the claim lifecycle, including reserve analysis and severe incident/report creation. Deliver exemplary customer service, apply best claims practices, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance lines, court decisions, and claim guidelines. Provide advice, counsel, and training to claims and non-claims teams as needed.
