Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead as a key leader in the Retail Credit Risk Assurance team, ensuring policies, procedures, and assurance standards are continuously assessed and fit for purpose.
  • •Define review scopes and deliver assurance activities, assessing design and operational effectiveness of controls and the integrity of assurance reviews.
  • •Proactively monitor and identify emerging risks and trends, evolving the assurance programme and prioritizing risks, controls, and issues within the RMF.
  • •Ensure accurate, quality assurance reporting and timely escalation of issues, including consistent management information (MI).
  • •Build and maintain independent assurance relationships with stakeholders and partner with Group Internal Audit to understand review outcomes and implications.
