Lead and evolve strategic internal and external communications to strengthen Sonova’s brands and drive engagement across leadership, teams, and key audiences. Oversee corporate communications delivery, optimisation, and governance; create and manage content for channels like newsletters, announcements, leadership messaging, and the intranet. Support business objectives through externally focused content, acquisitions messaging, and coordinated events in collaboration with APAC and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the delivery, review, and continuous improvement of internal communications and the communications calendar to support business objectives and employee engagement.
•Maintain a consistent communications approach across brands, including structure and content creation for key assets.
•Plan, create, and optimise internal communications (newsletters, announcements, and leadership messaging) and enhance corporate intranet content.
•Support external strategic content creation across traditional and non-traditional channels to meet business objectives.
•Plan, organise, and coordinate internal and external events; support acquisition communications and leadership messaging during key initiatives and announcements.
