Key Responsibilities

•Lead the monthly forecasting collection and capacity planning, calculating demand reliability and coordinating with business functions to improve forecast accuracy
•Support changes in Supply Chain practices between headquarter and production sites, and harmonize practices between internal customers and HMM
•Implement actions to harmonize best practices of internal customers
•Identify actions to improve order capture and confirmation efficiency by sites
•Coordinate Portugal routines (communication, reporting, KPI dissemination) and monitor high-impact projects with the teams (safety stock)

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Diploma in engineering or Master’s degree in Supply Chain (Bac+5); minimum 7 years of proven experience on an industrial production site in a Supply Chain role
•Natural leader able to coach and challenge cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements in an industrial environment
•End-to-end supply chain proficiency (from customer demand to procurement, including IBP, production planning, capacity alignment, and procurement management)
•Experience with BI tools and ERP systems; ability to drive continuous improvement through data and metrics
•Willingness to travel frequently across France and Portugal
