Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Customer Platform features end to end, partnering with Product Management on design, implementation, rollout, and iteration.

  • •Serve as the primary technical interface between Customer Platform and other engineering teams by creating integration paths.
  • •Extend the agentic AI foundation into customer-facing product experiences.
