Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement project planning and scheduling strategies, plans, and procedures for company and contractor roles.
  • •Coordinate development and implementation of WBS and CBS with project lead, project cost engineer, and contractor project controls leads.
  • •Prepare staffing, engineering, and construction progress reports.
  • •Perform probabilistic analysis and required schedule risk analysis, including critical path analysis.
  • •Analyze baseline deviations and variance/change order impacts, and propose corrective actions and resourcing/peak leveling recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Expertise in project controls and time/schedule management, preferably within data centres or Life Sciences/Pharma sectors.
  • •Experience with project scheduling tools, with Primavera P6 preferred.
  • •Ability to coordinate multiple schedule input and performance data sources into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Fluency in English and Spanish.
