Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end HR operations lifecycle, including onboarding (PRO and labor law processes), payroll, EOS/offboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. Oversee employee engagement activities, policy/procedure updates, escalations, and work-related injury and insurance renewals. Manage internal and external audits, coordinate performance appraisals and training, and drive HR process digitization using Oracle Fusion and Zoho while leading an HR team.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee complete onboarding, including PRO processes, and manage vendor performance and stakeholder escalations during deployments.
•Conduct employee welfare activities (We Care meetings and Gemba walks), and plan employee engagement to reduce attrition and improve retention.
•Review and update HR policies and procedures, communicate changes to employees, and run awareness and communications activities.
•Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and act as a single point of contact for escalated employee queries with authorities and leadership.
•Oversee payroll, EOS and benefits administration; approve requests/invoices; administer the HR team; lead audits, performance appraisals, and digitization/automation of HR processes.

•Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes, including PRO and related onboarding activities, and maintain induction materials.
•Manage payroll, EOS, and benefits administration, including approvals for employee letters and timely handling of escalations.
•Handle employee relations by resolving conflicts, closing Zoho escalations, and ensuring compliance to labor laws.
•Manage internal and external audits, work through audit findings, and ensure closure of non-compliance items.
•Lead HR digitization and automation initiatives, coordinating with IT and using HR systems for approvals and escalations.
