Own the reliability, performance, and efficiency of mission-critical infrastructure powering enterprise AI workflows. Key Responsibilities

•Own infrastructure reliability, performance, and efficiency end-to-end, including SLOs, error budgets, and on-call ownership.
•Design and operate scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure across AWS (preferred), GCP, and Azure using Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
•Automate operational tasks and reduce toil using Python or Go, treating manual on-call work as a defect to be designed out.
•Lead incident response, post-mortems, and root-cause analyses, feeding learnings back into architecture to prevent repeat incidents.
•Collaborate with product, security, and engineering peers to guide system design for reliability, performance, and scalability.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or a similar role operating large-scale, high-availability production systems at a high-growth product company.
•Production containerization experience with Helm and Terraform or Pulumi on at least one major cloud (AWS preferred).
•Proficiency in Python or Go for automation and infrastructure tooling.
•Daily hands-on experience using agentic AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Droid, Codex) to ship and debug workflows.
•Ability to reason from constraints and failure modes, challenge the status quo, and make reversible decisions with clear tradeoffs.
