Key Responsibilities

•Design and scope professional services opportunities during pre-sales, including defining implementation approaches and success milestones
•Translate customer needs into a tailored go-live path with a clear implementation strategy and required services
•Create, negotiate, and execute Statements of Work (SOWs) that reflect scope, effort, and sequencing
•Collaborate with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to align pre-sales with enterprise delivery and ensure continuity
•Improve GTM motions for Professional Services by refining service scoping within the sales cycle and contributing to playbooks and assets

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 175,000 annually
