Job Summary

Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions for clients within a Managed Services team. Configure and enhance Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service modules, translating incidents into functional fixes. Lead solution design, customization, and integration (including ERP and other platforms), and serve as a primary functional advisor for best practices. Mentor junior consultants and keep up with Microsoft roadmap and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE modules to optimize workflows, data management, and reporting.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze incidents and translate them into functional solutions and fixes.
•Customize Dynamics 365 CE to match client processes, including custom entities, fields, workflows, and forms.
•Work with technical teams to integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other business applications, including ERP, marketing, and service platforms.
•Provide functional advisory expertise on Dynamics 365 CE best practices and mentor junior consultants and developers.

Key Requirements

•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.).
•Hands-on experience customizing Dynamics 365 CE (entities, forms, views, workflows, and dashboards).
•Strong understanding of CRM principles and customer engagement processes.
•Ability to communicate and present clearly, including explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
•Familiarity with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate) and relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, PL-200).
