Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic counsel on compensation philosophy, pay equity frameworks, job architecture evolution, and geo-tiering strategies.
  • •Integrate Total Rewards strategy into critical talent programs and act as Total Rewards subject matter expert across product, finance, legal, and leadership conversations.
  • •Lead education and enablement efforts, mentor junior team members, and use AI and emerging technologies to enhance Total Rewards analysis, modeling, and decision-making.
