Job Summary

Lead the development and execution of a LATAM inclusion strategy grounded in data, insights, and employees’ lived experiences. Embed inclusion into core talent and business systems, using analytics to identify gaps and measure impact. Partner with HRBPs and business leaders across LATAM, coach leaders through an inclusive lens, and build a high-performing inclusion strategy team. Collaborate with global inclusion leadership to adapt and scale frameworks regionally.

Key Responsibilities

•Set and drive a robust, sustainable inclusion and diversity strategy for LATAM, informed by quantitative/qualitative insights and lived experiences.
•Embed inclusion into core talent and business systems (e.g., hiring, performance management, promotions, org design, compensation) to reduce gaps and improve the employee experience.
•Use data and analytics to define success metrics, measure impact, and continuously refine inclusion bets for the region.
•Partner with HRBPs and business leaders across LATAM to design and implement locally relevant inclusion solutions aligned to global principles.
•Build, lead, and develop an inclusion strategy team, and collaborate globally to adapt and scale inclusion frameworks for LATAM.

•Deep inclusion expertise in a LATAM context, including cultural nuances, legal frameworks, and social dynamics.
•Proven ability to disrupt systems and behaviors in a sustainable, ethical way aligned with business strategy.
•Experience in multinational organizations with regional, cross-functional influence.
•Ability to build and execute long-term and mid-range strategies, connecting vision to measurable impact using quantitative and qualitative data.
•Track record of building inclusion capabilities in HRBPs/GBPs/senior leaders through coaching, inquiry, and real business scenarios.
