Job Summary

Build and grow USAA relationships with military installation senior leaders across the National Guard enterprise by planning and delivering in-person marketing and informational events. Serve as a military subject-matter expert, manage installation marketing agreements and campaign performance, and coordinate training and outreach to ROTC units and the broader military community. Analyze market segments, optimize resource utilization, and advise leadership through member feedback and competitive intelligence.

•Meet with military installation senior leadership to build relationships and develop business opportunity events for members and families.
•Serve as a military subject matter expert and represent USAA lines of business when installation access or expertise is essential.
•Plan and negotiate installation marketing agreements (tactics, placement, messaging), manage marketing currency/creative rotation, and analyze past performance to adjust approaches.
•Schedule and conduct Military Acumen Visits for USAA leaders and participate as a subject matter expert on USAA-wide teams.
•Provide Military 101 training and USAA Financial Readiness Training to ROTC units and the military community, audit military communications for accuracy, and manage program expenses within the annual budget.
