Own and run all IT for the US affiliate: infrastructure, services, support, vendor management, and budgeting. Key Responsibilities

•Own all US IT areas including infrastructure, services, support, vendors, and budget.
•Operate and support day-to-day IT for US employees: workstations, mobile fleet, cloud apps (Google Workspace, Atlassian), and identity/access management.
•Build and automate simple IT processes for onboarding/offboarding, user support, and asset management.
•Design and deploy network and IT foundations for new US physical sites, including the manufacturing plant.
•Ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR and group security policies (identity, endpoint security, logging, incident response), while managing contractors and recruiting/leading a small US IT team.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in IT as a system and network administrator in a startup/high-growth environment, including being the “solo” IT person or leading an IT project and team.
•Strong breadth across IT operations: user support and automation, IT fleet management (laptops, mobile, MDM), cloud app administration (Google Workspace, Atlassian), networking fundamentals, and practical cybersecurity.
•Builder mindset with autonomy to set up infrastructure and team without an established playbook.
•Curiosity and “tech native” attitude supported by personal projects, with willingness to bring that culture to the team.
•Eligibility to be a US person (US citizen or lawful permanent resident) per ITAR due to access to export-controlled technical data.
