Infrastructure Deployment Tech Lead

Lead infrastructure deployment across multiple data center sites, turning construction handover into racked, cabled, and validated compute ready for customers. Own deployment schedules for large-scale rollouts, build contractor workforce models to prevent quality drift, and drive deployment tooling (QA gates, tracking, validation) to accelerate delivery without spreadsheets. Work with a deployments team focused on moving from empty data halls to serving GPUs quickly.
