Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead large & complex engineering projects through the full lifecycle; define the execution strategy; ensure compliant products and services delivered on time and to budget
  • •Give technical direction and make key technical decisions, balancing trade-offs between various factors
  • •Collaborate with global customers and supply chain, operating as cross-functional teams to deliver objectives, requirements and deliverables
  • •Drive continuous improvement by implementing innovative engineering practices, solutions and technologies
  • •Serve as the primary Engineering point of contact for stakeholders and guide and support team members to foster a high‑performing environment

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • •Proven experience delivering engineering projects for electronic real-time systems through the full development lifecycle
  • •Effective leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
  • •Chartered Engineer status (CEng) advantageous but not essential
  • •Experience in Aerospace / Avionics / Maritime sectors or related field
