Key Responsibilities

•Oversee program transitions between locations, developing transition plans, timelines, and milestones and coordinating with stakeholders.
•Manage the full manufacturing PDP tasks for NPI, including tactical build activities and execution of PDP-specific tasks.
•Plan, execute, and evaluate readiness for managed, controlled, and validation builds; ensure material readiness, documentation completeness, resource availability, and tooling/floor space.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams to adhere to timelines, meet PDP requirements, and drive manufacturing readiness assessments.
•Drive resolution of technical issues, review technical specifications for compliance, anticipate bottlenecks/risks, and present status, plans, and roadmaps to executive level.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
•Engineering background and manufacturing experience; strong understanding of PDP and NPI methodologies.
•Proven project management experience managing new product transitions.
•Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
•Proficient in project management tools; knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
