Job Summary

Own end-to-end dispute automation workflows by building internal processes, documentation, and playbooks that keep the disputes team aligned. Partner directly with customers to understand their deductions and chargebacks workflows, translate needs into clear product opportunities, and support them in realizing value from the product. Conduct market and industry research to shape disputes product strategy, and collaborate with the Product Lead to scope, pressure-test, and execute initiatives.
