Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned AutoNation dealerships, driving operational performance and successful adoption of new technologies and AI-assisted customer engagement tools. Partner with dealership leadership and corporate transformation stakeholders to conduct structured operational assessments, provide data-driven recommendations, and deliver hands-on training across Sales, Service, F&I, and BDC functions. Track KPIs and initiative adoption, communicate rollout updates, and escalate field feedback to internal teams.

•Act as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned dealership locations, building relationships with General Managers and department leaders.
•Conduct regular on-site visits and foster dealership engagement in transformation initiatives.
•Champion technology and process rollouts, delivering facilitated training sessions and supporting day-to-day adoption.
•Perform structured operational assessments and deliver data-driven recommendations, identifying gaps affecting KPIs and customer experience.
•Communicate program updates and gather field feedback, tracking performance metrics and initiative milestone progress while coordinating with internal product and support teams.
