Client Maintenance & Billing Officer

Own client onboarding support and ongoing maintenance for new and existing participants. Generate billing uploads and subsequent billing, ensure accurate reporting, and handle day-to-day operations via incoming/outgoing phone and email (inbox, pension). This role supports Allianz Indonesia’s operations team by maintaining smooth client billing workflows and operational responsiveness, using Microsoft Office and strong data management practices.
