Develop and manage weekly and monthly production schedules based on monthly demand to ensure efficient operations and timely fulfillment. Coordinate production activities, monitor inventory levels and SKU coverage, release production orders (POs), and track execution against the schedule. Adjust plans in response to production gaps or line failures to achieve full ordered quantities per SKU, ensuring optimal utilization of factory capacity.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop detailed weekly production schedules based on monthly production demand.
•Adjust production schedules when gaps or line failures occur to achieve full ordered quantities per SKU by week end.
•Monitor daily IM inventory stock and SKU coverage and take actions to ensure products (preforms, closures) are available for production lines.
•Release production orders (POs) and monitor operations execution against the production schedule.
•Prepare the monthly master production schedule.

Key Requirements

•2 years of experience in related fields (Production, Planning).
•Experience in the FMCG food sector.
•Ability to lead planning functions.
•Develop and manage production schedules to meet monthly production demand.
•Monitor inventory and SKU coverage to ensure availability of required products for production lines.
