Job Summary

Coordinate and track end-to-end production builds for first-off and repeat delivery of complex electronic products, from order placement through customer delivery. Manage a portfolio of low- to medium-volume projects, maintaining plans, actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and schedules. Report status, progress, and delivery confidence in regular forums, resolve build issues with technical and manufacturing teams, and help improve cost, quality, lead time, and delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, coordinate, and track production builds from order placement through customer delivery.
•Manage a portfolio of low to medium volume production projects, maintaining project plans, actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and schedules.
•Monitor delivery performance against schedule, cost, and quality expectations and report progress, risks, blockers, financial position, and delivery confidence.
•Present in regular project and monthly reporting forums and bring requirements, materials, plans, risks, technical issues, and commitments together coherently.
•Coordinate across engineering, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, test, and quality teams, tracking material availability, component lead times, and supporting new product transitions into production.

•Strong communication skills, including confidence to present project status clearly in manufacturing environments and with senior people.
•Good organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through to keep delivery activities on track.
